Join talented Sardinian-born Emiliana-Romagna trained Chef Massimiliano (Max) Pintus, renowned for his expertise in Emilia-Romagna cuisine. 

This hands-on culinary experience will take you to a province considered by many to be the soul of Italian cuisine. In this class you'll learn how to make two dishes and enjoy a welcome glass of Lambrusco, the frizzante-style red wine of the region.
